Stages of ticket logging.
Stage 1 - Email in direct to support@thebiggreenphone.com or use Contact Form to make contact with us.
Stage 2 - We contact you - setup a video call, phone call or make onsite appointment with you. If comfortable with remote session - remote session, to look at the issue, as well.
Stage 3 - Generate quote of costs, by email (Give you 48 hrs to accept or decline our service).
Stage 4 - Once you agree to go ahead with repair/service, you sign and commit to quote & payment by reply confirmation eSignature maybe required.
Stage 5 - You will also be given a customer number & tracking code for your machine.
Stage 6 - We begin ordering parts if needed.
Stage 7 - We complete repair onsite or back in our workshop.
Stage 8 - Equipment returned, customer tests equipment and confirms repair
Stage 9 - Payment taken.
Stage 10 - Call closed & You will also be given a customer loyalty card valid for 1 year.

Moved from USA to Ireland, at a loss where to get my laptop fixed, webcam stopped working and laptop very slow. Googled laptop repairs onsite this site came up. I am in Roscommon in middle of no where, thought no one would help. Used Contact page - A Tech contacted me 3 hrs later at the agreed time. Remoted into my machine, we did a few things in a thing called a BIAS also.
Quote was sent for a onsite repair. It was detailed and everything was explained.
Tech reloaded my laptop and by magic, Camera came back. He also did; a data backup. Wipe cleared old Apps, I no longer needed and laptop is working like new now and all hardware is working since he left.

My son was playing with a basket ball; which was thrown into house reading room; where laptop was sitting on side table, just outside Cavan town.
Dell where charging me a bill of €400 to get it replaced onsite and I didn't want to send it away. As it still worked using video HDMI cable, as I needed it for meetings. So tried to find a cheaper onsite service.
Used contact page "thought I would never get a reply or call back", but I did at the agreed time.
